More details to this question:
I have a personal injury lawyer who will not give me a straight answer, told me some real low ball offer when I have 3 herniated discs in my neck, from a car accident, sitting in traffic a non licensed driver hit us in the back at a red light.,and said were going to court or you only get 5800, after a year 1/2,he said that is the best offer the insurance company will make,I would like to know how I can see proof of this offer, because I have no faith in him,I researched him too late and found out he had been arrested in 2015 for dui,now I really have no faith in him..So can I demand to see offer or can he just verbally tell me and I just have to believe it ?

You can certainly ask to see a copy of correspondence from the adjuster and he should provide that to you without hesitation.
If you have lost faith, you can always pursue a second opinion on your case.
