More details to this question:
i was in a car accident about four weeks ago. I went to the er afterwardsband had a broken rib, bruise arm, shoulder pain. I have been paying for medication and also travel expenses. the medication makes me sleepy so I normally take it at night so will be up and alert for class. I deal with the pain mostly throughout the day with no meds. its hard to sleep, I have a fesr of riding in cars and have been having nightmares i assume because the car flipping over three times woke me and that moment is stuck in my mind. i don't go on long distance trips so i have missed out on high paying clients and jobs as i am a fashion stylist and must travel to big cities to work on weekends. I believe i will sue his insurance (the driver) because i had to get in touch with them to give my information and they haven't even gotten with me for a settlement. do i have a strong case

You may have a good case.  The insurance company should reimburse you for lost wages, etc. that was the result of the accident.  The amount of the settlement if any, will depend on many factors.  A good lawyer can help you focus on what is recoverable, and what is not.  My office handles these types of cases, if you are interested.
