Possible Wrongful Death of My Brother

When Beau Biden and Steve Jobs passed away, they were surrounded by their families. When my brother Ed passed away, he was alone in hospital next to another final stage cancer patient. Ed died in 11 months after diagnosed with head-and-neck cancer. Ed's wife had covered Ed's cancer treatment from all of Ed's side of family, relatives and friends. Two hours prior to Ed's death, a will was produced with Ed's finger prints while Ed was under influence of pain killer to suppress the pain caused the spread of the same cancer, i.e. one eye went blind, part of eye socket bone was eaten away by cancer and etc. One hour prior to Ed's death, Ed's wife called my mother stating Ed had cancer into the bones, but no one realized Ed had only one hour left. Three days after Ed's death, Ed's wife impersonated Ed and signed Ed's names away from their real estate properties. Both my elderly parents and I have been heart broken and have not been able to bring Ed's wife to justice.
