Placed a shopping cart against the wall; it allegedly moved and a moving automobile came into contact. The owner claimed that it damaged the vehicle because I placed in on a incline? No signage of an {incline}. It didn't move when I let go. There wasn't any corral. Which party is responsible? Both or one?
