More details to this question:
I am trying to file a Record of Unsatisfied Judgment I was in a car accident. I filed a lawsuit against the party. During pretrial conference Person at fault and I we settled that they would pay (Agreement ¿stipulation of the Parties/Final order approving stipulation/case settled form) But they never did. I asked court to issue a judgment against them because they violated the written settlement agreement. Defendant did not show up and I have got certified copy of Default Judgment for Defendant's Failure to abide by stipulation of the parties from clerk of court house. I would like to suspend their license. How can I do that?
