release forms to pay bills

More details to this question:
I was injured when a lady hit me with her car while i was getting something out of my trunk. they are trying to settle with me but failed to tell that they alloted 10,000 for my medical bills. they want to cut me a check for 1750 and then pay my bills which do not equal 10, 000. is it wise for me to sign this paper

I would not recommend that you settle with the insurance company by allowing them to only pay you a fraction of what you are entitled to, then claiming that they would pay for your medicals.  Also, I would not sign any release until after you have met with an attorney licensed to practice in South Carolina.   Robert F.
