More details to this question:
car accident in November 2013. Raley's truck ran us off road. car driver, not injured, her car (1999) totaled, settled for 10,000. I have been in physical therapy off and on since then for back pain. Missed 4 days of work. Have had total of 10 days therapy, off and on discomfort, now subsiding. Am considering, just settling claim now. What roughly, without legal aid, should I ask for?

If the truck driver was at fault, you are entitled to recover money damages to compensate for your injuries. You are are also entitled to reimbursement for time missed from work. You are also entitled to damages for pain and suffering. I would strongly urge you to consult an attorney. In my experience, an inured party representing him/her self, such as yourself, will likely benefit financially from assistance from counsel. Feel free to call me to discuss.
