More details to this question:
my daughter hit her head pretty hard on the ground at the after school program, the staff did not report this to the teacher in charge, nor was a nurse called. they gave her ice and a bottle of water and did not call either parent. when her mother picked my daughter up, staff still did not inform the parent of the head incident.
