.Live in the Villages. In Apr. of 2021 I decided to install a patio in back of my condo. I called in a paver and submitted to the association a request to do so. The gave me the go ahead. Right after that I lost my son and was totally distraught. Not realizing the pavers made the patio bigger that the association requested. I was not thinking straight at the time and just went along with it. The permit people from the Municipal Building gave me an ok and said as long as it was ok with the association it was ok with them. That was it. In March of 2022 I decided to do a patio in the front of my home because the wooden platform that was there was corroding, boards sticking up, nails popping off. Two of my friends had incidents with it. One fell and was just bruised. The other almost went flying into the door. I then submitted a request to the association to do the patio.
