I was standing on a 15-20 foot metal beam 12 inches wide Supported by 2 8 ft ladders 30ft apart pressure washing a metal structure around a swimming pool when ladder fell and i was hanging onto metal structure the metal structure had water on so i lost my grip and fell injuring my right foot and lower back
