Recently lost my mother. The next time I saw her, day before the viewing of her service....she looked horrific. Her nose was clearly broken during the embalming, her face was in a smirk, she was visible red spots on her face, where they clearly stuck the needles to embalmi her, glue everywhere. Makeup didn't cover any of it. I took pictures, let the funeral parlor know how horrific it was for all 85 guests to see her in that shape. They've done and offered us nothing but an apology. We are now left with this last horrific imagine of our mother forever in our memory. What can we do?

I think you have a strong case. Hire counsel who will file suit, which is the only way to maximize your recovery. Cases against funeral homes are the exception to the rule that physical damages need to be proven before the case is viable.
