Currently I am already disabled. I would like to know the approximate dollar value I may be able to attain during this suit? The person hit me from behind and has aggravated previous injuries to my spine and back. The pain is worst than before and can hardly walk at times. The after effects of the accident has my neck and head hurting, with more trauma to my legs.
I am sorry to hear about the injuries that you sustained in the car accident. I've been handling auto accident cases for years and many of those cases involve clients have had pre-existing injuries or conditions. Under South Carolina law, you are entitled to receive compensation for any aggravation caused by the accident on a case by case basis. Cases involving injuries that aggravate a preexisting condition can be very difficult without an attorney because the insurance company will refuse to offer you reasonable compensation. I would be happy to speak with you to obtain additional information in order to determine if I can help you. Please call me at 803-350-9230 for a free consultation, or email me at rgoings@goingslawfirm.com. I wish you all the best, and look forward to speaking with you.
