Slip and fall inside lobby of McDonald’s yesterday. No wet floor signs placed and floor like ice when wet. I went airborne landing on the heels of both hands, tailbone and hit my head. Had to go to the ER since I am on blood thinners. No major injuries identified yet. Possible rotator cuff injury but too early to identify. I missed work 1.5 days, but could not afford to take more time off despite being very sore. McDonald’s was clearly at fault by not paying cushion signage. I went thru the drive thru but had to go in as my order was incorrect. Do I have a case?
