I am suing someone for $5000 for an car accident he hit my car from be hide and my car was total loss. I wasn't hurt but i am a car service driver so losing the car made me stayed at home and didn't work for a month. I do have a dash cam and it should be his fault. My court date is coming soon and i want to know what do i have to bring? HOW CAN I SHOW THE DASH CAM FOOTAGE? DO I SAVE IT TO MY PHONE AND SHOW THE JUDGE WHAT DO I NEED TO DO. WHAT ELSE SHOULD I BRING? SHOULD I GET A LAWYER ?
