my daughter was skateing at school with her class in gym. shes adhd bi-polar MR. her birthday is 12-10-01. on dec 5, 2013 she fell at school and broke her leg and ankle in a spril leg brake. she has had two surgerys already and will have to have more. when talking to her she tells me that the teaches that was in there where not watching them skate.. she has been in a lot of pain and has been depressed from this. do i have a case to get anything for pain and suffering ext from this. i also lost my job over haveing to be home with her.
