More details to this question:
I was drive an accord and was rear-ended by an SUV and we are both insured by State Farm My Doctor looked at the head CT and back exray and said nothing came from the wreck. I was in pain for 6 weeks but am better now. But cautious. I am about to accept their 800.00 pain & suffering settlement and my mother is having a fit that I didn't consult a lawyer.
