More details to this question:
2014 police improperly came in my home supposedly looking for my son who they knew by stake out was not there they came in with guns and bombs and dragged me down stairs naked in front of swat my husband and son I moved the same year for job purposes at this point I suffer from post traumatic stress disorder and severe anxiety I can not work can I sue for the aftermath of their actions

The statute of limitations is two years for an injury action. If the two years has passed, your right to pursue legal action has expired.
