Teenage hit my car

Asked on Jan 17th, 2015 on Personal Injury - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I was driving on the road around 50 miles an hour. I was approaching to the light and I was going straight since the light was green to me. Teenager on opposite direction made a left turn without stopping or slowing down and hit me from driver side door. Airbag deployed and driver and passenger left door is badly damaged. I was thrown to side of the road with that collision I went to emergency later in the evening with a pain on left arm, shoulder and head. X-rays and mri's taken and doctor told me that I'm fine and for the bruises and pain he gave me pain killer and muscle relaxers. Do I have right to sue him for my car damages and my medical bills ? This is my 1st accident since I have got my license in 1992. ( 22 years of no accidents and no claims to insurance companies )

Update Your Profile
It sounds like you were in a fairly serious accident; given your description of events, you're lucky to have not been critically injured. With that said, you do have a right to sue the responsible party for all the expenses and damages you've incurred, including damage to your car, medical bills, wage loss, pain and suffering, et cetera. Given the serious nature of this crash, you should consider speaking with a personal injury attorney immediately. This is not something you want to handle alone. If you do not know of any, I would be happy to speak with you. Feel free to contact me at my office at 814-452-6232.
