Yesterday morning I was trip and fell due uneven pavement also due to lights being off for a week or more at property. Injury was left knee and hip severe pain. I have osteoporosis diagnose 1 year previous. I notified apartment complex and went to the doctor he gave me a injection in my left knee and pain meds and inflammation drugs. I filed a accident report and gave them my statement from the doctor. I'm ready to retain a lawyer. What do I need to do? I have pictures of uneven sidewalk and video of how dark it was around complex.
