trustfund stolen

I was doing a school report and found out that my halfsister misrepresentened herself and took my maiden name and used it to sell my inhierdence to esop and it took ten yrs. to sell the trust. my uncle from Alaska paid her to do this. and shes no relation to the trust. and she never knew her father, what bothers me is I was given nothing and the lawyer who sold the trust is not helping to make a wrong right, another lawyer told me the trust was to vast. I feel they should make the mistake they made right. My grt. grd father invented the fishbutcher and for my halfsister to take credit for being the hier is wrong , I would like reconigtion for being the smith hier. I know dna will prove that im the rightful hier. and why should I have to pay for the mistake the lawyer made, it's wrong and needs to be made right. my family trusted the lawyers and they should've been honest.
