My mom went to the hospital complaining of chest and stomach pain the never told us that she had a stroke they did tell us that she had a slow bleed she was there a week. In that week they had to give her 2 pints of blood. they sent her home in worse condition then what she was in when she went there. she continued to deteriate with 2 nerses comming twice a week when they had to call 911 because she got worse the doctors at the new hospital said that she had sever bed sores. she died 3 days after she was put in the hospital the second time. was wondering if i had a case i do have the atopsy report? if i do have a case who would i be able to sue the hospital and the nerses or the one or the other? and is there a statue of limitation on it?
