What action if any can I take ?

More details to this question:
I received someone else medication in the mail and consumed entire bottle before realizing it. I experienced mild side affects but nothing life threatening or permanent. It was determined to be a postman era.

An entire bottle?   And if a postman's error? That means you never looked at the labels and the envelope?   And you were expecting medication?   This does nto make sense to me

If you consumed the whole bottle, that shifts a lot of the issue to you, to read lablels and instructions. Since there are no damages, all you can do is let the pharmacy know or report them to the pharmacy board.
