More details to this question:
On Oct-7-2012 daughter was hit from behind and totaled her car out did not go seek med. help that night but went next day because neck was sore. She was told she had a slight case of whiplash take a couple off days off work and gives her some pain pills. The pain is gone now for the most part, unless she picks up her 1 and half-year-old daughter then it bothers her a little bit. The other person was at fault, both parties have state farm insurance.

Under the Michigan No-Fault Insurance Act, in order for her to recover she would have to show that the injury amounts to either a serious impairment of a bodily function, serious permanent disfigurement or death. Based on what you have said, it is likely the injury does not meet the threshold requirement and therefore is not compensable.

She will get $500 to 1200 with nothing more. If she has a problem she needs to have medical care. The insurance company will not pay much mind to what she says.

You are not entitled to anything. Under Michigan law, SHE is entitled to get her medical bills covered forever, lost wages for up to 3 years, household replacement services and medical mileage for up to 3 years. All from her own company. As to pain and suffering, she may not have a serious impairment of body function.

It all depends on the amount her medical bills are. She needs to meet the insurance PIP amount call your insurance company and find out what their PIP amount is.

There is no such thing as giving a rough idea of what a case is worth. It is completely dependent on all the facts of the case. But a quick recovery and low medical bills would indicate a very small settlement.

It is very difficult to give a case value range with the limited information in the post. Each case is different just as each injury is different.

Need to get copies of medical records and billings and if less than $1,000 would demand $5,000.
