What are my options

I was in a wreck this morning on my way to work and ran into a barbed wire fence metal corner post head on. The car is totaled. I was on a dirt road and coming up on a turn and saw a deer and slammed I my breaks and felt the car skidding due to the gravel. I did not swerve to miss the deer but knew I was goin a little to fast for the turn. I was goin between 30-40 mph this was the 2nd time I had taken this back road. There is no posted Speed limit sign nor a turn ahead sign. I was ticketed for failure to maintain speed. Should I have been ticketed the 200 ticket. There were no warning signs and I was actually going less than the speed on the county road. Myself and my passenger went to the er they said we have whiplash but my left wrist is pretty messed up and the air bags did not deploy. I do have full coverage insurance
