What are my options when a contingency attorney drops your case?

More details to this question:
After perusing my surroundings and backing out of parking lot I found myself perpendicular to another vehicle. I retrieved insurance info only, other party pulled off prior to contacting police. No police report. I have been visiting physical therapy for two weeks.

You will likely need to find a new lawyer to handle the case as its clearly sounding like there is disputed liability.
