What are the penalties for hit and run without license?

More details to this question:
I have no insurance, driver's license is suspended for non payment of child support. I filed the scene of an accident leaving my vehicle behind other party of crash went to hospital but released less than 24 hours with minor scrapes and bruises. What do I do? What am I looking at?

Do you get it? You are a criminal. You violated the law. Then, you had the nerve to drive an uninsured vehicle on a public road without insurance. What happens will depend on how the judge reacts to you.

You are possibly looking at jail time. you will have felony hit and run (personal injury) and license revocation and likely a civil suit and a judgment you will not pay and then DMV will take your license forever until you pay the judgment. Why don't you learn to live by the rules, pay the damages you cause and hire a good traffic court lawyer.
