What are the possible repercussions of this incident? If i get a ticket in the mail can i fight this in court?

In my gated HOA community (no posted speed limit so i was going to do 30 like floridas default speed limit in residential), I was behind a car going ~5 mph. I began to pass, but the driver sped up, forcing me toward a curb/tree. I took the wrong way through a roundabout to avoid a crash. She and her mom then chased me, blocked me in after i went into a parking lot, yelled, and the woman threatened to beat me with children in the car. One child in her car was unrestrained, he was standing on the floor but leaning over the center console to stare at me. I apologized profusely and didnt fight back but they kept yelling and took my plate photo. The mom stepped out of the car and said “im her mom thats why theres 2 people on your ass”
