QUESTION

What attorney would help me sue straight talk?

Asked on Apr 01st, 2017 on Personal Injury - Indiana
More details to this question:
I had a phone turned on 02/02/17 and was on phone 02/24/17. I got disconnected. They had given my number to someone else. My son called the number and a lady answered. She said that she just got the number and hour before this, I had to wait for a new sim card then a 2nd sim card. Now, they won't honor a device card. It’s been put on a different number. I really don't want to let them get by with this.

Probably no one until you can identify damages, as opposed to inconvenience. It is still not clear what the problem is. I would suggest you contact the consumer affairs department at the Indiana Secretary of State's office.
