What can I be responsible for?

More details to this question:
I hit a pedestrian I had stopped at a red light. The light was still red but there was a break in on coming traffic and I proceeded to make a right hand turn.When I stopped there wasn't any one standing to cross the road.As I turned I hit a lady who was attempting to cross through road. I have insurance and it is paying but I need to know what to expect after the insurance has paid.

There are to many unknown factors to answer if you will be held liable or not. However, since you have insurance, if you are sued, the insurance company will provide you with an attorney to defend you. If you are found liable, the insurance company will pay up to the amount of your policy limits. You should address any additional questions to your insurance company.
