More details to this question:
i was involed in a car accident as a result of i took massive head trama which "caused a siezer" they put me in a coma for 2 days. they not only based my medical case on what was said which is that i was on drugs they told the people in the accident with me my whole medical history but what came back on my tox screen. they found a trace amount of maraijauna in my system and they couldnt tell weather i smoked it or had been around it. the dirver of the car i was in said i had been smokeing spice and other drugs but the only thing found was trace amount of marajiuana no spice then on my release form they out substanace withdrawl. which my collage didnt want to accept it they also took my license for 6 months

If, in fact, the head trauma from the accident was the cause of your seizure, then you would likely have a claim against the driver of the vehicle you were riding in, as well as any other drivers involved in the accident.
