what can i do if my attorney says he will bring me to the court if i refuse to sign the settlement?

i got an car accident when i was walking with my son at the road . and my case was settled 25000+ 3000. so my attorney said if i give you 7000 to you are you ok to settle the case? when he said insurance insurance was offering 22500. i thought if total is 22500.. its ok after deduction of medical bills . but when i get settlement paper at that time it was 25000 . i ask why the paper saying 2500 and you are saying 22500.? he said he got more offer after i talked . then i asked how much i get now the? he said i get only about 700. i said no. so now he is telling me that he is going to bring me to the court because i refused to sign. what are the options.? is there any way that i pay the medical bills. because my attorney saying only attorney can pay the bills. thanks in advance
