What can I do in this situation?

More details to this question:
I got in a car accident. I was driving and a lady took the stop sign and rammed me. Due to the fact of the accident I was out of work for 3 months, which those 3 months I went to a chiropractor. After all the paper work was turned I owed $4,500 to the insurance. The lady's insurance offered $5000 . So Is there any way I could get more in some way shape or from

You may be able to recover more, if you are able to show you incurred further damages. Usually, you have one year from the date of the accident to file a lawsuit if the insurance company is not willing to settle at an amount you can agree with. However, if you accepted the insurance company's offer of $5000, there is nothing else you can do. Especially if you signed the agreement.
