What do I do when I was hit being parked?

More details to this question:
I was at a truck stop in my Semi when another driver hit my truck. I was thrown from the top bunk. The police wouldn't right a accident report because it was on private property at a truck stop. Have tons of pictures and the insurance for the driver that hit me admitted fault.
