What happens if I fall down at a restroom?

More details to this question:
if when going to the restroom you slip going down a flight of stairs to the restroom because of being wet and packed and dis locate your shou[der and tear your rotater cuff when you tell managment are told its your problem not theirs can you sue

It sounds like you have grounds to sue, but a lawyer can evaluate all factors. If you are an employee, you may not be able to sue, but you may have a worker's compensation claim. The management is self-interested, so they will not provide you with advice that will be harmful to them.
