What will happen if you are in an accident which was your fault and you are driving on a suspended license in Florida?

Depends on severity of the violation when charged by the police; and your prior record and whether financially related failure to have corrected the suspension. Also depends on your knowledge that your LIC was suspended.

That has nothing to do with the cause of the accident, but you will get a ticket for driving with a suspended license, which is a pretty serious offense.
