What is a reasonable settlement if I am concerned about future problems this delay in treatment might have?

More details to this question:
My daughter fell off our 15 foot deck and was transported to a local ER via ambulance. She sustained a fractured pelvis and sacrum which the ER did not diagnose.

This is a very difficult question to answer. The answer is dependent upon what your daughter's treating physician finds to be wrong with her as well as what he believes her future treatment will be. I suggest that you discuss these issues with an attorney as soon as possible.
