a lady came in to my place of eployment and purchased some items in the mean time another gentleman came into the store to make a purchase when he came in he had skateboard in hand he put it next to him on the floor to grab items out of the cooler the lady turnes and slipped on his skate board she is trying to sue the store saying that it was our fault
