What is my settlement in an auto accident?

In September I was involved in an auto accident where the other driver plowed into me resulting in 2 herniated discs and bursitis in two spots in my shoulder. The other driver has assumed full responsibility/guilt and paid the ticket outside of court. No his insurance agency wants to settle. HOW do I come up with a magical ?

Please, get a lawyer to work with you on this case. The percentage fee you will pay will, in most cases, be more than offset by a higher settlement or verdict. Insurance companies know that they are dealing with an inexperienced person and will take advantage of that fact. If you have two herniated disks, that is a serious injury and you need a lawyer working on your behalf.
