What is the best thing to do?

More details to this question:
I recently went online to search cases and found a case on me stating I have an affidavit judgement in an accident I was never involved in. They never served me and have no information on me and the address they tried to serve I never reside in. I was never involved in this accident nor and accident in the state. What can I do?

You need to immediately retain an attorney who deals with judgments to assist you with this matter or you should immediately write a detailed letter to the court where the judgment was entered and let the court know all of the information that you just stated in your question.  Also, ask the court for a hearing on your Motion to Vacate the Judgment.  Good luck with this matter.
