More details to this question:
I was involved in a car accident. I was rear ended at a high speed. It totaled my car. I was diagnosed with a head injury, cervical strain, pinched nerve, and a bulging disc at c6-c7. I am currently completing 6 weeks of physical therapy at 2 times a week. My medical expenses before my health insurance paid a portion total $7,000. What multiplier can I use when calculation pain and suffering in this case?
