What my next step?

More details to this question:
I was involved in car accident on 01/07/16 I was rear ended while switching lanes the trooper deemed that I was at fault.i found out the next day on 01/08/16 that my ins had termed at 12am on 01/06.which made me responsible for all damages,this was a 3 car,one of the ins billed me for 7,683.00 and the other originally billed me for 3,000.each cases was sent to 2 different lawyers.i received a letter from the lawyer that I must paid 6 thousand and change so my debt increase by 3 thousand and change.I then received another from the same lawyer that have increase 10,000 this was in dec of 2016.Foward to march 2017 I received a notice from the DMV about cancel my license unless I pay full amount or make a payment plan.i afraid to agree to make a plan for that amount if I don't have to pay for that amount.

You should contact a bankruptcy lawyer. Making promises you cant keep is never going to work out well.
