I have a video of me going to laquinta asking front desk for her name bc we rented a room on hotels.com just so we could swim for the day. Bc the receptionist was being rude I began to video her and she came out behind the desk and hit me slinging my phone to ground and breaking my iPhone. I have iCloud and was able to recover video. Police at first said laquinta wanted to press charges on me until they saw both mine and their own video and saw their employee was wrong.. I had to replace phone. And got assaulted by a “customer service” person at front desk.
Hi Jessica. You should get medical treatment for your injuries and take pictures of your injuries and retain counsel to file suit on a contingency fee basis against La Quinta for your damages. Contingency fee representation means you pay nothing unless you win the case.
