What type lawyer will handle personal property damage

More details to this question:
neighbor severely damaged my vehicle and refuses responsibility and my insurance wont cover. How can I get him to pay? I have contacted many lawyers who advertise as personal property attorneys but all say they don't do this kind of work. Someone must be held responsible but I can't get representation.

You can find plenty of lawyers to hire, just none on a contingency fee, as you will have to pay a lawyer an hourly rate up front.
