More details to this question:
I had an accident, the other driver was Under the influence of alcohol and drugs. She got arrested, and it was clearly that she hit me but know she says that it was my fault. The thing is that I lied in my statement, i said i didnt have any passengers and I was with my boyfriend but i denied it because i dont want to get in trouble with my parents. My questions are, will I get in trouble for lying, and will she get away even though it was clearly that she hit me?

You will likely not get in trouble with law enforcement for lying about your boyfriend.  Your real focus should be on proving that the other driver is lying about how the collision occurred.  If you have not already done so, make sure your insurance company knows the truth about who was in your vehicle with you.  Good luck with this matter.
