I was recently in an accident and 2 people were injured and have lawyered up. I had comprehensive insurance that will cover most of the bills. However I may not have enough for the rest of the bills plus “ pain and suffering ” for the individuals. I was just curious of worst case scenarios? I don’t have anything extravagant we live paycheck to paycheck. We only have the mortgage for my house, my wife’s car, and that’s about it other than furniture in house but that was all hand me downs? What are my options?

Part of your automobile insurance coverage is that the insurance company will provide you with an attorney to defend you. That attorney should be able to answer your questions.
