While caring for my mother in law in New Mexico, a fedex driver shoved a tv into me and I fell on a fireplace and broke my arm. I live in MD. FedEx insurance co is in TN. I haven't gotten anything from FedEx except "Send your bills when you are finished being treated." I have over $4k in bills and am still in PT. I think I should talk to a lawyer. Should I look in MD? TN? NM? Thanks!

if the accident occurred in NM, then hire counsel in NM.
