QUESTION

Who can I hold responsible for falling in a grave?

Asked on Jan 22nd, 2014 on Slip and Fall - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I recently fell in my step sons grave. I have not been able to go back to work in almost a month because I hurt my knee pretty badly. I went to the hospital for X-rays only to show it is not broken. I need an MRI to see if anything is torn. I cannot afford one and I'm in the process of looking for medical help. Not only was I injured, I was and am still mortified! The hole for the grave was not dug correctly for whatever reason and when I went to place a flower on the casket I fell in. I would like to know who I can hold responsible if anyone? Can you please help?

We can help you.  If the hole was not dug correctly then the cemetery and anyone else involved in digging or maintaining the hole can be liable.
