Who is going to receive battery charges?

My boyfriend and I pressed charges on his 17 year old sister. The fight occurred when the sister stole her brother’s money. I saw her take it and I told him and their mom that I saw her. The sister started coming at me, calling me a names. But I have no reason to lie about it. So when she came at me calling me names, her brother (boyfriend) defended me and she started throwing punches at him. The mom jumped in the middle and tried to get the brother away from the sister. But in actuality, she should have been taking the sister off the brother. She started biting, punching and scratching him. He let her do that to him. She was recording the whole time. So he grabbed her by the hair, mom in the middle and sister beating the shit out of my boyfriend. He started yelling at me to get her off. It was 2 against one so I jumped in to stop it. So I grabbed her by the wrists and just held her. Then she got really furious saying don't touch her while kicking and throwing me up against the wall. At that point, I was afraid to let her hands go due to the fact she can severely injure me. I allowed her to abuse me while I still had my hands on her wrists so she wouldn't hurt me further. She kicked me in the gut, head butted my lip and bit my arm. My boyfriend was in the other room with his mom being held down by her. I kept holding her wrists and I was saying," I will let go if you stop hitting" She started screaming, "mom, she's hitting me!" No reason. I had laid no hands on her, my hands remained on her wrists the entire time, while receiving abuse. I did not hurt her, I did not touch her. There were no marks on her body made by me. Her mom came running out screaming, not to touch her daughter! At that point, the sister calmed down a little so I released my grip and let her go. The sister then threw one punch at the back of my head calling me a stupid once more. At that point, it was just me and my boyfriend in his room.
