Who is liable?

More details to this question:
If your car was in storage (with only liability coverage) and someone uses it with or without permission, who is responsible for damages... the car owner or driver?

If the car was used with permission, then the owner of the vehicle is responsible for damages as is the driver. If the car was used without permission, then the driver only is responsible for damages.
