Who is liable if a bottle explodes and hits my daughter?

Asked on Sep 30th, 2013 on Personal Injury - Michigan
More details to this question:
My daughter and I were in the grocery store and all the sudden we here a loud pop! My daughter starts crying and I grab her and noticed her back was soaked and a bottle was there open and almost empty. I thought someone threw it at us. I told the manager to pull the video and see what happen. The bottle was on an end cap 5 aisles away and exploded hit her in the back. Do we have an injury case and with whom? The store or the company? I spent hundreds of dollars at urgent care and she is in a lot of pain and completely traumatized.

It appears the the store as well as the manufacturer are responsible.

You are over dramatizing trying to make a buck/ don't do that. No insurance co will take it seriously. If you have a genuine injury show the doctors rep[orts that say so. Don't just make up stories to bootstrap a claim.

You probably have a claim against the store and the bottler. At this point, hopefully, your daughter will recover quickly with a minimum of medical expense. You should contact an attorney who has experience with injury cases who can take the proper steps to preserve the video and pursue a claim for your daughter and possibly for yourself.

You have to figure out why the bottle exploded and that answer should lead to an answer as to who is responsible. Good luck.

You have a case against the bottler and possibly the store. Make a claim for all of your medical bills, plus pain and suffering.
